The latest file on the apprentice vote records that a public vote has approved a narrow change while leaving the larger question open. The existing rule remains in force; officials have not announced a permanent change.

Tova Brann, delegate for the shared workshops, said the latest file records 32 apprentices listed by trade, compared with 35 in the previous count. The figures cover the entries on the register, not every condition at the site.

Guild stewards argue that apprentices lack independent contracts; the apprentices say they already carry independent duties and risk. The current record does not settle that disagreement. At the latest public table, residents asked the clerk to keep their account beside the source count. No final finding has been issued.

Sella Mor checked the workshop roster and the rules for ward representation against the field notes. The method is to listen for the point where an abstract rule becomes a household obligation; it confirms the entries, but not every interpretation attached to them. The docket is marked APPRENTICE-VOTE-19, and the next check is assigned to a second crew.

The table has asked the guilds to produce their current contract forms. Until that check is complete, the schedule already in force continues to govern.
