The latest file on the border mill accord records that the first implementation notes have been compared with the promise in the minutes. The existing rule remains in force; officials have not announced a permanent change.
Dorin Nel, grain delegate for the Kharad Venn trade table, said the latest file records 9 mill turns recorded under the shared water allotment, compared with 7 in the previous count. The figures cover the entries on the register, not every condition at the site.
The accord assigns turns by season; both delegations say the other has carried forward last season’s exception as a rule. The current record does not settle that disagreement. At the latest public table, residents asked the clerk to keep their account beside the source count. No final finding has been issued.
Varda Kin checked the mill’s joint scale slips and the accord’s water-use clause against the field notes. The method is to trace the route from the first signal to the final gate receipt; it confirms the entries, but not every interpretation attached to them. The docket is marked BORDER-MILL-ACCORD-12, and the next check is assigned to a second crew.
The joint table will publish the turn schedule with every exception dated. Until that check is complete, the schedule already in force continues to govern.
