Q: What changed in the review week review?
Mera Doss: The first implementation notes have been compared with the promise in the minutes. That changes what is in the file; it does not, by itself, change the rule.
Q: Which entry should residents look at first?
Mera Doss: the furnace heat marks and the crew’s pause-and-return log. This cycle records 26 cooling pauses per completed charge, against 27 in the last count. The dates and the method matter as much as the total.
Q: Why is there still a disagreement?
Mera Doss: The mill measures fuel by charge; the crew says time spent clearing a slow draft is missing from that total. We have not found a single measure that answers both accounts.
Q: What will the next check tell you?
Mera Doss: The next trial will record both charge time and the minutes spent clearing the intake. If it is recorded by another crew, we can see whether the first result was about the method or about the place.
Q: What should the public not infer yet?
Mera Doss: That a lower or higher count settles whether the new fuel mix can cut smoke without requiring a longer hot shift. It tells us what was entered, not who should carry the cost.
