The latest confirmed development in herb reserve is that the first implementation notes have been compared with the promise in the minutes. The update comes from the dry herb room behind the public infirmary; officials have not announced a permanent change to the rule.

Meri Sarn, keeper of the city’s dried-herb reserve, confirmed 58 bundles still within their marked use period in the latest file. The previous count was 57. The figures do not yet resolve whether reserve bundles can be moved closer to the clinics without raising the risk of damp damage.

The unresolved point is specific: The central store is dry but distant; the neighborhood cabinets are faster to reach but vary in temperature. No finding has established that either account is final.

The current arrangement remains in place. The office has not said whether it will change before the next review.

NEXT UPDATE: Two cabinets will be monitored through the next deep-winter cycle. The file will be updated when the second check is complete; until then, the confirmed record is narrower than the claims around it.
