Q: What changed in the field review review?
Yara Deth: The affected crew has tried the revised procedure under ordinary working conditions. That changes what is in the file; it does not, by itself, change the rule.
Q: Which entry should residents look at first?
Yara Deth: the warehouse issue slips and the stall’s daily brine-loss tally. This cycle records 45 barrels opened for sale, against 45 in the last count. The dates and the method matter as much as the total.
Q: Why is there still a disagreement?
Yara Deth: The cooperative counts salt lost to damp air; buyers question whether the warehouse count already includes that loss. We have not found a single measure that answers both accounts.
Q: What will the next check tell you?
Yara Deth: The next price board will list the delivered weight before and after storage. If it is recorded by another crew, we can see whether the first result was about the method or about the place.
Q: What should the public not infer yet?
Yara Deth: That a lower or higher count settles how much spoilage the cooperative may include in the posted price. It tells us what was entered, not who should carry the cost.
